My Details


What is 'My Details'?

This area allows you to check your remaining Boltblue account balance as well as change your password for login or your registered mobile number. We encourage you to change your password often in order to protect your account from unauthorised entry.

You may wish to change your mobile number if your number was registered incorrectly with us or if you have switched to another provider.

To visit the 'My Details' section make sure you are logged in and click the 'My Details' button in 'Your account' area

How do I update my details?

To update your details follow the below steps:

  1. Make sure you are logged into your Boltblue account
  2. Once you are logged in, click on the 'My Details' button within your account area. This will bring you thru to your account settings page.
  3. Once in account settings, click on the 'My details' tab

On this page you will be able to update your personal details such as name, postal address, email address, and voluntary information such as date of birth and mobile number.

How do I change my password?

We encourage you to change your password often in order to protect your account from unauthorised entry.

To change your password, follow the below instructions:

  1. Login to your Boltblue account
  2. Once you are logged in, click on the 'My Details' button within your account area. This will bring you thru to your account settings page.
  3. Once on the account settings page, click the password tab
  4. Enter your old password, new password, and confirmation of your new password.
  5. Once you are happy with your changes, click the update password button

How do I change my mobile number registered?

To change your mobile number registered with us, please send an email to help@boltblue.com stating your name, Boltblue username, your old number and your new mobile phone number.

Can I view my account history?

Yes. You view your download, billing cycle, text messaging and top up history by visiting the 'My Details' section.

To view your account history follow the below instructions:

  1. Login to your Boltblue account
  2. Once you are logged in, click on the 'My Details' button within your account area. This will bring you thru to your account settings page.
  3. Once on the account settings page click the 'Club' tab
  4. In this area you can view your current club account statement

How do I change my opt in/out of Boltblue and third party messages?

You can update your opt in/out section as often as you like. Remember, you get free text messages each month when you opt in for third party messages. If you decide to opt out of third party messages you will not have access to free text messages!

To update this section follow the below instructions:

  1. Login to your Boltblue account
  2. Once you are logged in, click on the 'My Details' button within your account area. This will bring you thru to your account settings page.
  3. Once on the account settings page click the 'Opt-in' tab
  4. Select or unselect the communications you want to opt in or opt out of receiving
  5. Once you are happy with your select, click the 'update my settings' button
